Head of Training and Personal development:   

Paul Bentley joins 1car1 vehicle rental as Head of Training and Personal development. Primarily his role will be focused on the creation of the new 1car1 training academy, aimed at further developing the knowledge of every member of staff on every aspect of the rental business.

Paul comments: “1car1 has seen an amazing growth over the years, based on excellent service and a commitment to go that extra mile, my role will be to give even more confidence through on-going development programmes”. Andrew Lissett remains as National Training Manager, concentrating on the core skills required to maintain the company’s commitment to high service levels.
